Error during using Project Server SmokeTest Utility

SmokeTest Utility has error "Input string was not in a correct format" after
its working during attempt to show test results.

Any suggestions?

Nick,

What language settings are you using on the machine running the SmokeTest?
I have seen this error on a French machine due a different format for
decimals (commas instead of periods).

This is true. I change comma to dot in regional settings and now SmokeTest
work just fine.
