Error Error my framework is not loading

Help,
just installed Office / Mac 2004 for word...... every time I open it I get an
error of "problem loading the framework library?"

HELP !

Any thoughts

I checked that out - I'm seeing the same problem - and there are no
permission problems that I can see anywhere in my Documents/Microsoft User
Data directory. What else could be causing this?
