When one of our users logs onto his computer and tries to
access the "reports" section of the database, they get
the following error message...
"There was an error executing the command".
When I log onto the computer and try to access the
reports, I can get to it with no problems but there is
something specific to his profile on the computer that
prevents him from accessing the reports. When we change
his profile name and create a new profile for him...when
he logs in then it works fine (with the new profile) but
when he uses the old profile again, it continues to give
him the error message.
