Error has Occurred

One of our TS servers gives an error for users when they run MS Word 2003.
This error is "An error occurred and this feature in no longer functioning
properly. Would you like to repair this feature now?"

This only occurs for the users who run it from a mapped drive, rather than
from the physical drive.

The server is Windows 2003 R2 SP1

Any ideas?

I've also done a repair of the installation but this has made no difference.
Works fine from the physical drive
