Error: If I accept the first one everything is fine

Situation: Someone forwards to me two (or more) single meeting requests
out of a meeting sequence.

Error: If I accept the first one everything is fine (it is correctly
added to my calendar). If I accapt the second one the acceptance is sent
to the meeting organizer for the second meeting but it is not added to
my calendar. This error is reproducable.
