Error importing from Excel

Hi All

I am trying to import data from excel using the
TransferSpreadsheet command in VBA. However I get the
following error, "Field 'F1' does'nt exist in the
destination table".
I initially tried to import into an existing table with
different field names and got the error so I created a new
table following the structure of the excel spreadsheet and
still got the error.

Please help!
