#ERROR in Access Table

While entering data from a form in our database somehow one of the table
entries now has #ERROR in all of the fields. There doesn't appear to be any
way to delete the record other than compacting and repairing the database.
The problem is that when we do that we are unable to add new records from the
form that initally caused the problem because the >* button at the bottom of
the form is now greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.

Create a new table with the same structure, and import all the *other*
records into that table.
