error in authoring and security

I recently ugraded my computer to a windows 2000 box and I
copied my frontpage98 webs onto my new machine which has
frontpage 2000 on it. My problem is when I publish my webs
now with FP2000 I get this error
"An error has occuried accessing your FrontPage web
files. Author - if authoring against a web server, please
contact the web master. Web masters - please see the
system logs for more details"
The security box is also greyed out in FP2000. I think
this is a security issue or something of the like that has
to do with my webs that were created in FP98. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

I am now able to publish to my website but I want to be
able to publish to my local machine (crive) as well for
backup purposes and I still get the error saying "An error
occured accessing your FrontPage web files" Any help with
this problem would be greatly appreciated. Please Help! I
am desperate!!!
