error in cabinet files

Hi all

I am trying to install office 2003 and it keeps coming up with errors in
cabinet files M3561404 and MC561403 any idea where i can get a replacment
for those files or how do repair the error

If the installation media is damaged in any way, seek a replacement from
your supplier, the media should be delivered to you in pristine condition!!
