When using the Import Utility to convert Contacts and Groups from an ACT!2000
database, the resulting BCM file is empty. The log indicates that everything
has errored. The message is:
Contact, The URL cannot be empty.
Parameter name: url, CONTACT: Mrs XXX
I've got to believe I've overlooked something trivial.
Guidance?
