error in downloading ActivexControls

Hi,

I have a problem when i accept license and try to downloading controls
I receive an error message which is following:

The controls for Project Web Access could not be downloaded correctly.
Please check your security settings in Internet Explorer or contact your
system administrator.

Be sure that you have administrator privileges when you try to install the
ActiveX.
If you don't have this privileges, this error happens.
