Error in Loading DLL ????????????

Error i loading DLL
this is the messagi i get when i try to import excel or .txt files into Acess.
How do i fix this????

I have the same problem and no one so far has been able to give me an answer.
I upgraded my 2003 office to 2007 and I am very upset.
