Error in Outllib.dll

Everytime I close Outlook 2000 I get the error: "Outlook has caused an error
in Outllib.dll. Outllook will now close."

Clicking OK ususally results in the error again and clicking OK then closes
the error. There doesn't seem to be any other side affects to this
happening. It's just a nuisance.
