Error in Outlook 2003

AFter upgrading to outlook 2003 from outlook2002. We are
getting the following error "The Procedure entry point
GetIUMS could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library
MSDART.dll" We have attempted to repair the outlook
installation and to remove and then reinstall without
success. Any Ideas
