Error: in outlook

when i am trying to do a new reminder i am getting this message

the form requird to view thiss message could not be displayed contect your
adminitrator

Try clearing the forms cache. Exactly how is version-specific and you
decided mentioning your Outlook version was inimportant. For Outlook
2002/2003, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Custom Forms>Manage
Forms>Clear Cache. See this:
