Error in path of .ost file months after old user was deleted

Below is the MS error info:
Problem signature
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: OUTLOOK.EXE
Application Version: 11.0.8217.0
Application Timestamp: 480f95d9
Fault Module Name: kernel32.dll
Fault Module Version: 6.0.6000.16386
Fault Module Timestamp: 4549bd80
Exception Code: c000001d
Exception Offset: 0001b09e
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.6
Locale ID: 1033

Extra information about the problem
LCID: 1033
Brand: Office11Crash
skulcid: 1033

In addition, I'm running Vista. This laptop was someone else's in my
company. His user profile was deleted and mine added but it "seems" as
though it did not completely correct the info. The path for the .ost file
still references his user name and I do not exist when expanding my hard
drive folders and drilling down to users.

Any thoughts other than wiping the computer clean and reinstalling everything?

I have shown the hidden folders. I don't know why my user account is not
showing when I drill down. I have been using this successfully since
October, any idea as to why it would crash all of a sudden?

Then access to the .ost file has been lost as the SSID the client now has is
invalid.
