Error in Power point on Organization charts

Trying to create organization charts in Office 2000 professional upgrades
powerpoint. Get error message cant start the required application.An error
occured would you like to repair now. No matter what I do can not get Org.
charts in power point to open. Any help welcome, Thanks, EL
