Using Organization Chart 2.0

I am trying to create an Organization chart (company standard) by going to
Insert, Object, MS Organization Chart 2.0. MS Organization chart appears in
the list, however when I hit enter to actually create the org chart, I
receive an error message that the Organization chart server doesn't appear.
Help?

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it. See

If that doesn't help, then maybe you could quote the error
message exactly and completely, rather than providing your
interpretation of your vague recollection of what the error
message might have said in part.
