Error in project server

Dear All
I am getting an error in project server 2003
ODBC SQL server driver error cannot insert duplicate key row in object
MSP_ASSIGNMENTS_BASELINES with unique index I_MSP_ASSIGNMENTS_BASELINES

I am not able to get what the reason can be
please assist

Hi Shantanu
This issue may occur if you save the project immediately after you delete a
previously saved project that contains the same baseline information.

Do you have any old baselines saved for your project? If yes that might also
cause problem.
