Error in publishing the project

hi,
we are trying to publish the project plan in Microsoft
Project Server 2002 from .mpp file using MS Project 2002.
but everytime an error is getting logged into MS Project
Server Spooler as "SYSTEM ERROR (0x80004005)".
I have checked the permissions for "ViewDrop" folder as i
have come across in MSDN that these permissions can cause
this error. but still the problem persists.
help from anyone is highly appreciated.

I have had the same problem and there may be many
causes. Your error will also produce an additional error
on the web and Microsoft provide a list of possible
solutions in: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;810596

If you have one error posted in your spooler, it will
also cause this problem until the eroor is resolved.
