Error in selfcert

Hi,

I am trying to create a digital certificate using selfcert program, and not
able to create one, after I enter the name, get error "Could not create
certificate".

I am using Excel2000 on Windows XP pro. I need to create these certificate
to authenticate my Excel macros.
