Error in summary data in summary task

In the task list below, the first row is the project summary task and the
other 3 are summary tasks.

PROJECT SUMMARY TASK - Baseline Work = 701.63 hrs
Iterative/Managerial Tasks - Baseline Work = 360
Project Requirements - Baseline Work = 312.5
Project Closing - Baseline Work = 31

The sum of the baseline work in the bottom three rows is 703.5.
But my project summary task is showing 701.63!!??

Can any one please help me identify solve this error.

Yes several tasks have been added to the project and the initial baseline in
the "Project Requirements" summary task. But those were properly reflected in
the project summary task. Then i added some more tasks to the
project/baseline and I am getting this incorrect value for baseline work in
the project summary task.

Does any one else know why this might be happening?
From the responses so far this appears to be a bug...has anyone else faced
this problem?
Is there any way to contact Microsoft about this?

Hi,

If you resave the baseline, is everything as you would expect it? Baseline
totals do not update when you save new baselines for Tasks unless you set
the appropriate option. Have any Baseline values been manually edited?

To add new tasks to the baseline i am selecting the tasks and using the
options below in Tools > Tracking > Set Baseline menu:
1. For > Selected Tasks
2. Roll up baselines > To all summary tasks

By 'resaving the baseline' i am assuming you mean to rewrite the old
baseline with all the tasks in the currently in the project. Unfortunately
this is not always possible as I am entering Actual data in the plan too.

As far as I am aware baseline data has not been changed manually.

Also, believe me this worked properly for a while (created new tasks and
added to the baseline) but suddenly it has gone awry.
