#error in textbox

I have a textbox in a subform that is bound to a field which is text(255).
#error appears when subform is opened. this is not consistent only randomly
which makes it difficult to pinpoint the cause. Thank you for your response.

microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms seems a better newsgroup for this
