Error Incorrect Syntax

On occasion, when launching Outlook 2003 beta an error
dialog box will appear "Line 1: Incorrect Syntax
near '='." Nothing unusual in the configuration...
attached to Exchange Mail server and main display has
navigation pane/inbox/preview. Anybody have an idea of
what could cause this? Thx
