ERROR INSTALLATION SOURCE HAS BEEN CORRUPTED MS OFFICE 03

I am trying to install microsoft office professional edition 2003. I have
windows xp, I get an error message after entering in the product key code,
"installation source is corrupt? I do not know what this means? or how to
fix it?
