Error installing Microsoft Office 2000

I am trying to install microsoft office 2000 and keep
getting the error message internal error 2349. I can't
find that error message at support. Any suggestions?

I have been missing a file known as QWWIN.dll.

Could there be a connection and how can I find out?

QWWIN is a quicken 98 file i believe
