Error installing Office 2007 - D:\outlookr.WW\Osetup.DLL digitalsignature does not validate or is no

I have an enterprise version of office 2007 on DVD, which was ordered
directly from Microsoft. when I try to install it by running
"setup.exe" I get this error:

D:\outlookr.WW\Osetup.DLL digital signature does not validate or is
not present

Since Microsoft doesn't mention this anywhere on their website and
technical support costs $200, I'm really hoping that someone reading
this can help me.

I've tried everything i can think of:
-- running setup from the command prompt
-- copying all the files to my hard drive then running setup

If anyone out there knows any way to overcome this issue, I'd
appreciate you filling me in.

Dear Polina,
I'm having the same problem with a DVD of Outlook 2007 I just purchased, and
am more than a little annoyed. It just isn't on the DVD. I've looked
evrywhere. I'd like a solution too from anyone.

Do a search for a file called "gdiplus.dll" in c:\windows\*.*
Once found copy the file to c:\windows
Try install again.
