Error installing SP1 for Outlook 2003

As I was trying to update the Service Patch for Outlook 2003, I got the
following error: "The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource
that is unavailable." It seems to be looking for MSBCM.msi installation
file. Any suggestion on what I should do?

It's looking for the BCM installation kit that must have been installed from
am network share. If this is your work environment, ask your network admins
where they have that file.
