error installing sp2 office 2007

I receive error reprt:
C:\DOCUME~\Barbara\LOCALS~1\Temp\Proofsp2.en-us_MSPLOG.LOG
C:|DOCUME~1\Barbara\LOCALS~1\Temp\opatchinstall(1).log
each time I attempt to install SP2 for Office 2007. The office is in Hebrew.
Could that be a problem?

Feeling unbelivably dumb - it was already installed. MS kept offering SP2 and
when I finally went in to check - I already had it. Why would automatic
updates keep insisting I should install it if it is there already?
