Error intalling Service Pack 1

When I try to update to serivce pack 1, I Am getting an error message. "file
missing M3561404.cab". Any help?

Yes I am on a Toshiba M205 Tablet PC. I have just resently upgraded to
Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. The One note was pre installed on the
computer, at purchase.
