Error "Interface not registered"

When I try to send a message in outlook i get an error message. The title on
the top says "Microsoft Office Word" then the error says "Interface not
registered". when i press ok my message isnt sent. I tried repairing
office, then reinstalling the uninstalling and reinstalling. what do i do?
I have office 2003.

There usually is a number associated with this error... What is the Error code
number?

Close Outlook and Word. Locate your OLE32.DLL file. The default
folder for this file is C:\Windows\System32. Click on Start |
Run. In the "Open" box, type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

If necessary, replace "c:\windows\system32" with the actual path
to the ole32.dll file on your computer. You only have to run
this command once (not every time you start the computer). Exit.
Reboot. Do you still get the error message?
