Error: load behavior: not loaded. the managed add-in loader failed to initialize

Hi

I have created a setup for my Word addin. Setup installs my addin but the
addin does not appear in the Word. If I try to add it manually, it gives me
the following error:

load behavior: not loaded. the managed add-in loader failed to initialize

Could some one please help?

Setup and addin works fine on the devevlopment machine (Vista, VS2005,
Office 2007) but not on the test machine which has Win XP and Office 2007
installed.
