Error Loading form. - NOT the Quickbooks or Cache clearing issue!

This is a new one. Same error as the folks who had problems with Quickbooks
and the CLSID Registry keys posted earlier in this forum. But I do not have
quickbooks nor the offending registry entries.

Error is : Error loading form. Some of the needed controls may not be
registered.

Occurs when: I click on Business contact or Account "history".

Oddly - everything else is functional - I can still create new history items
and see them in the Communication History folder.

Please for the love of baby jesus somebody help me with this one!!!!!
