Error Loading...

I may not be in the right forum, but maybe someone can direct me or answer my
questions.

OS = Windows Professional 2000

When signing on as user (w/ administrative capabilities), I am getting the
following message:

Error loading c:\WINNT\system32\mllbar.dll
The specified module could not be found.

I started getting this message after AVG Antivirus found 15 viruses. This
is a computer at work that was very slow and I volunteered to do what I could
to speed it up. After the viruses were found and placed in the "Virus
Vault", I empited the vault.

I goggled the error but found nothing. Can anyone help me with this?
