Error Logging into PWA first time after 2002 Server Install

I installed Project 2002 Server on my laptop. Install went
fine. I cannot login into PWA however. Access is denied
with an incorrect username/password combination.

I read in the documentation that 'Administrator' user is
created during install. That doesn't work either..

Help!!

Access denied due to an incorrect combination or "not at this time (5006)
error.
The first one is tough luck. The second one might be resolved by connecting
your server to a network.
