ERROR MERGING CONTACTS FROM OUTLOOK

Hello. I'm having trouble pulling contacts from Outlook into word. Here is
the error message I am getting.

Unable to obtain list of tables from the data source.

I cannot seem to make this work. Can anyone help me?
