error mesage when try to set appt: not implemented

I am using my old OUTLOOK 2000 until I find my new Office disk. It was
working fine until today when it stopped letting me set new appointments.
When I double-click nothing happens. When I try to do it from the menu I get
the following message: "Not Implemented"

Try clearoing the forms cache.
