Error Message 0x80042109 When sending

I recive Emails fine, but I cant send them. I've tried everything possible to
try and fix this problem and nothing has worked.

This is the Error:

"Task '(e-mail address removed) - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is
unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'"

*Real email adress replaced for privacy.

I've done everything. First I deselected the option "My outgoing server
(SMTP) requires authorization" but did'nt work. So I put it back to normal.
Then I thought that it was maybe my AntiVirus software and it's email
scanning feature, so I disabled that and tried again, did'nt work. After I
thought that the firewall on my router might have something to do with it, so
I found the default ports in Outlook (Which is 110 for Incoming and 25 for
Outgoing) and I fowarded those ports on my router (via Port Triggering) and
still this did not work. I even tried port 113 for incoming and that didnt
work. So I'm all out of ideas, I cant possibly figure out what this is, I
recive fine but I can't send. If anyone can help/assist me with this it would
be greatly appreciated.

I made the new profile and it did'nt work. Also my ISP is not blocking port
25 because Outlook works on another computer in my house.

HI,
do you use a firewall? Or a virus scanner?

My router is the only thing I know that would have a Firewall, but I tried
port triggering/fowarding on it to aleviate the problem and did'nt work. As
for anti-virus software I have Norton, and I disabled Email scanning on it.

Often, disabling scanning in Norton is not enough to actually get it to stop
scanning. You may have to uninstall it completely and reinstall it without
the mail scanning option.
