error message 0x800CCC90

I started receiving this message when I try to use the
send/receive function in Outlook 2002:

Task 'mail.sangabrieloutfitters.com - Sending and
Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90) : 'Your incoming
(POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If
you continue to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The
server responded: ?RR access denied'

Everything had been working and I did not physocally
change anything. I am able to access my mail directly
through the webmail on register.com's site.

Any ideas?
