Error message 554:Disabled HIPS Firewall

I am using Outlook 2007, I can send some emails but I have a distribution
list that will not send. I get an error message that says "connection to
server was interrupted, 554 disabled HIPS firewall. What does that mean and
how do I fix it?

I'd consult with whomever supplies your mail service because a 554 error is
server-side.
