Error Message Active X

Buongiorno.

I have a message that appears when I try to print a Word
Document (Word2000) to a PDF file.

Active X non è in grado di creare oggetto. In English, it
must be

Active X is not able to create object.

I also have a runtime error 429 in Exel that gives the
same message.

Recently I installed two free programs, spybot and
Regcleaner, but I think I have deleted an important file.

Please help. Answers can also be sent to

Suggest reinstalling Acrobat or ask on their forum:
