Error message and close when I click mail icon

My calendar, business contacts and task tools all work fine, but when I go to
email, I get a message "Outlook has encountered a problem and must close." Of
course the exact source of the problem isn't clear. I've downloaded all
service packs, searched the knowledge base, run detect and repair from the
Help icon, run the Inbox repair, deleted and recreated my email user account.
I use this for my business which means I'm effectively OUT of business until
I get it running again. Please help! Thank you!
