I keep getting this error message when I try to upgrade Office or utilities
associated with office etc.
Checking the MS-Knowledge Base a cause might me multiple versions of
msiexec.exe running.
In task manager there seem to be 2. I can stop them running by stopping the
process - but within a few seconds they have started up again.
Any idea on how I can stop the other instances of msiexec.exe /or/ if that
isn't the problem can SKS help out.
