he add-in "c:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\475~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair.
I tried this and reinstalled outlook. I have also tried updating outlook
with various updates and service packs.
I still get this message at start up of Outlook
