ERROR MESSAGE: "Business Manager was unable to initialize this for

I have downloaded BCM on a new laptop, and imported my BCM contacts and
accounts from another laptop. I can successfully open BCM contacts, and I
can view Accounts in list mode, but when I attempt to open an account
listing, I receive the "Business Manager was unable to initialize this form"
error.

Thank you for any assistance offered in addressing this problem.

Check if Business Tools is avaliable else go to Help > about Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled items and enable the same
