Error message - Business Object Cannot be created

Hi.

I have installed Project Server 2002 with Sharepoint Team
services.
But whenever I click the 'Project','Task' or 'Manager
Users and Group', I face the error message.

'Business Object Cannot be created.'

Do you have any clue about this issue?

OS: Windows 2000 advanced server(SP 2)
SQL: SQLserver 8.0(SP 2)
Project: MS project professional 2002
Project Server: Project Server 2002
MDAC: MDAC 2.8

Yeun-Hee:

Make sure that MDAC on the client machine is also upgraded and that your
trusted sites zone allows access to data across domains in the custom level
security settings in the browser. IP restrictions on the MSADCS.DLL file in
IIS must be set to granted. If you're using the Google popup blocker ---
kill it.
