Error message "cannot opene due to restrictions"

In Outlook if an email has an Internet link in it or address in body, when I
click on the link I get the message "this operation has been canceled due to
restrictions on this computer. Contact system administrator" I am the
administrator, I must have changed something accidentally. Any help would be
appreciated.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
