Error message "Can't exit design mode because Control can not be .

I have a Excel 2003 spreadsheet that contains data validation list and combo
boxes. One of my users did something and now the drop down list and combo
boxes will not work. We receive the following error message "Can't exit
design mode because Control 'TempCombo' can not be created. I am not sure
where it is trying to access 'TempCombo' I did not user that control heading.
Can someone please give me advice on how to correct this problem.

Hi Susan.......

I have the same exact issue......Excel Version and all.........
Did you ever get a response to cure the Issue?
