Error message CiceroUIWndFrame: WINPROJ.EXE

I am getting the following error message when opening a project in MS Project
Enterprise.

CiceroUIWndFrame: WINPROJ.EXE
In the instruction at '0x300c0d1b' referenced memory at'0x00000004'. The
memory could not be 'read'.

Any help would be appreciated.
