Error Message for Excel and Word

I am having a problem with Excel and Word, hoping someone
has an aswer. I am getting two error messages for
Microsoft Word and Excel during start up and shut-down of
the programs. During start-up I get the error message
(Complie error in hidden module: AutoExceNew) and during
shut down of the programs I get (Compile error in hidden
module: DistMon) If anyone has had these message and you
know of a correction could you please help. I would
greatly appreciate any help with this problem.

These error messages are caused by the Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker add-in.
If you have Office XP, you should have Acrobat 5.0.5 or higher. If you
have Office 2003, you should have Acrobat 6.0.2 or higher. Installing
the latest updates from the Adobe website might eliminate the error
messages. The PDFMaker add-in enables the Acrobat toolbar in Word and
Excel. The add-in file in Word is PDFMAKER.DOT, and in Excel is
PDFMAKER.XLA. If you aren't using the Acrobat toolbar to create PDF
files from Word and Excel, then removing the add-in files from the Word
and Excel startup folders will eliminate the error messages.
